Social Spire provides digital marketing services including short form video editing, long form video editing, social media management, email marketing, Meta ads management, Google ads management, AI phone agent, graphic design, and website builds.
Payments
All monthly services are billed recurring at the start of each billing period.
All payments are non-refundable.
Failed payments may result in service suspension.
AI Phone Agent
Receptionist package includes 500 minutes per month.
Concierge package includes 750 minutes per month.
Additional usage is billed at $0.15 per minute.
Minute usage resets at the start of each billing period.
Advertising Services
Meta Ads and Google Ads management fees do not include ad spend.
Clients are responsible for paying Meta and Google directly for all ad spend.
Social Spire is not responsible for ad performance results.
Cancellation
Monthly services require 14 days written notice before next billing date.
Services continue through the end of the current paid billing period.
One-time services like website builds are non-cancellable once work has begun.
Revisions
Revision requests may impact delivery timelines.
Social Spire is not responsible for delays caused by revision requests.
Ownership
Upon full payment, clients own all final deliverables.
Social Spire retains the right to display work in portfolio and marketing materials.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
